Super Foods

These are some foods that I should add to my diet to be healthier and slow down the aging process.

1. Garlic
2. Tomato Sauce ( 10 tablespoons a week)
3. Olive Oil
4. Spinach
5. Raw Nuts
*6. Promengranate

I'll try to add these to my diet as much as I can from now on.
